Instructor led Circuit Session aimed at those who are runners. This is a great session to attend to help build strength and make you less prone to injury. Whilst this session will have some great exercises for those who are runners you do not need to classify yourself as a runner to attend.

This session is in the Rehab gym which is upstairs in the far right sports academy building. This room is accessed via the black tiled entrance.

To get to the rehab gym, enter the building, go up the stairs (which are just passed the reception desk), at the top of the stairs go right. You will see the rehab gym on the left.
