Boost your fitness in this easy to moderate cardio class; motivating music (and instructor) will provide the soundtrack as you cycle your way through multiple terrains designed to improve cardio endurance. 

This session will be held in the sports Academy Cross Training Gym - this is upstairs in the middle sports academy building (Grey entrance). 

There is a £1 charge for this session which is to be paid to the instructor when you arrive to the session.
