Instructor led Circuit Session aimed at targetting your upperbody & core muscles. This is a great session to attend to help build confidence in using the some of the equipment in the gym and, confidence in your ability too. 

This session is in the cross training gym which is upstairs in the middle sports academy building. This room is accessed via the entrance directly opposite the caged football pitch.

To get to the cross training gym, enter the building, go up the stairs (which are to the left corner as you enter), at the top of the stairs go right. The Cross Training Gym is on the right.
